The dictionary defines a cook as a person who prepares food for eating.
My definition of a cook is… a conscious person who loves and enjoys preparing food with the awareness that food has a nutritional AND a vibrational value.
I believe there is a conscious, intuitive-heart-cook inside every practical cook.
As a conscious-intuitive-cook, I transmit love, joy and appreciation for the people I am cooking for through the taste, smell, feel, sight, and sound of my food. I feel the love in my heart as I am guided by Intuition.
The choice to Eat Yourself Beautiful, will awaken within you, your true power to master your emotional/physical cravings that are based on past limiting belief systems, e.g. as children we may have come to believe that we were neither seen nor heard and that we were not beautiful – later on in life we then become, for example, overweight, hoping to be seen and proving that we are not beautiful… (this is a very simplified example).
Now, by consciously choosing to Eat Yourself Beautiful, you are going against your old, conditioned, unhealthy, childhood beliefs and therefore empowering yourself to co-create a new healthy lifestyle based on the new understanding of who you really are – you are love – there is only love… you are unique, powerful and beautiful.
For me the ‘cooking ritual’ imbues the food with the vibration of gratitude and nurturing for the body, mind, soul and spirit. It encompasses communicating with the food, filling the food with thought vibrations of love, nurture, and wellbeing.
Conscious cooking, as I experience it, is a co-creation with my soul and spirit. It is our way of garnishing humanity and our planet with consciousness and limitless love. It is being present in our moment to moment experience of life. There is no separation ~ only love.
When people consume my food I want them to feel they are my ‘loved ones’… because they are.

I have created this site for you to learn, understand and apply, health changing information about food that will support YOU to Eat Yourself Beautiful.
I will be sharing with you 4 levels of information to feed your body, mind, soul and spirit with:
- Level 1: information about food that will revitalise your body,
- Level 2: transformational principles to re-educate your mind with,
- Level 3: life wisdom to deeply nourish your soul and
- Level 4: universal wisdom to inspire your spirit…
Together, all this will empower you to feel great, look good, be confident, love, respect and appreciate yourself, into your purposeful and meaningful life.
From my own personal experience, the food we eat can turn us into over-weight/obese and unhealthy people, struggling with depression and a whole bunch of health issues… or we can choose consciously to eat food that will transform us into vital, energised, more alive and more loving, joyful, healthy people… people connected to their life purpose with the courage to stand up, step forward and contribute to the WELLBEINGNESS of All.
Therefore my intention is to coach you into WELLBEINGNESS.
‘Wellbeingness’ for me means, a state of consciousness, a state of awareness, in which we experience the wholeness of our being in optimum health… so as to support the full expression of our life purpose through our life experience… through the conscious co-creation of our AUTHENTIC selves, our soul and our spirit, THROUGH our beautiful body… on this magnificent planet.
Sound like a big task? Well it is, because we are BIG, with a big spirit, a deep soul, a loving heart and an ever expanding consciousness, here now… for a purpose. What is that purpose? Well that’s the journey ~ the journey into your wholeness.
Let’s make the choice and take on the responsibility to bring ourselves into wellness and optimum health so that together, we can bring the planet, humanity, life here on earth… into a joyous experience for all… there are no boundaries, no borders and no limits ~ only love.
